Is there a way to get some type of sound alert for traffic close to my aircraft thru Bluetooth?

iFly will play sound, including alerts, out of whatever audio device you have currently setup, be it device speakers, an aux out, or bluetooth. You can fine-tune when Traffic Alerts sound in Menu -> Setup -> Alerts and Warnings -> Traffic Alerts -> Set Alert Thresholds.
