Rich, I feel for anyone who got stung by the NavWorx disaster (paid to put it in, AND take it out, AND put in another one)...and I hope that those who have and then invested in the SkyBeacon do not get burned a SECOND TIME.

At this point, I will need to take a "tactical pause" to see what happens next...we still have time. What I don't have is an extra $4,000 to do this a second time.

The concern is not only for the legal judgement, but for the long-term maintenance and sustainability of the system, as we all know things will happen and upgrades/fixes will be required over time as the SkyBeacon ages...

This entire affair is not good for general aviation. I sincerely hope it can be resolved out of court and SkyBeacon is permitted to be sold and equipped on aircraft to meet the 2020 deadline.
