This is strange, there are no open issues with the server.  Are you able to navigate to this file from a browser?    http://data.iflygps.com/main/latest.txt

Wait, disregard.  I just noticed you are on version 10.3 - any reason you have not updated to version 11?

Just looking at the size of the download, it appears the SW has doubled in size with Real Plan which I will probably never use.  With Ver. 10 working just fine, I was thinking that the load time would be longer, and it is not easy to back up to an older version.  If you think ver. 10 is causing my problem, I will update on my PC to ver. 11

That said, I might add that I can't even log into my Account from either device.

Thanks,

David

Update:

I remembered that I had ver. 11.0.74 loaded on my Nexus 7 and it did connect to the server and update fine.  I did have to try about five times to get IFly to open though, but that may be a Nexus 7 problem.

Update:

Installed ver. 11.1.2 on my PC, and can now connect to the server and update fine.  I will update my Android next, but I'm sure you've found the problem.  Nothing I've seen on the Forum made me suspect it was required to upgrade, but I'm happy to be back in business.  Thanks for the heads up!

What you said about 11.0.74 I also saw on my Galaxy Tab E a few days ago.  I had to open it about 4 times to get it to stay running for my first leg.  Very weird because A) I never had a problem with 11.0.74 on that tablet before & B) why would it start on the 4th time [& C) why would I try it multiple times when it showed no inclination to run?].  But I had no problem getting it to start for the return leg.  Once I was back at the hangar I upgrade to 11.1.1.

I hope this isn't something that's going to randomly happen at some date with each release?  I thought it might have to do with the licensing issue Brian mentioned one time.  So, I was surprised that it actually came up and stayed up that last time -- I was about to give up.
