I'm running 10.3.52 on both Android and Windows.
On Android, when I center the map on the SEA (SeaTac) terminal area, and I use the map selector button (lower left on the screen, above the green, center-on-aircraft crosshairs button), I can use the presented list of radio buttons to select WAC, Sectional or TAC and the appropriate chart will present itself. The next time I press the map selector button it changes the list to say "WAC (Natural)" or "WAC (Forced)" and ditto for Sectional and TAC, depending on my zoom level. And of course, the appropriate map type that I had previously selected still remains selected in the list that's presented.
On Windows there seems to be a bug. Whatever I select (WAC, Sectional or TAC) -- it changes to that map type, BUT, only for WAC and Sectional does it change the selection in the list. That is, when I press the button again and it presents me with the list, if I've previously selected WAC or Sectional then they remain selected in the list (as expected), but if my previous selection was TAC then it always presents the list with Sectional being selected in the list (the TAC chart is what's actually on the screen). Furthermore, (this may be a design choice), it never says "(Natural)" or "(Forced)" as a qualifier for any map (that I've seen), like it does on Android.
And here's a related (maybe dumb) question: the reason I was pulling up the TAC on my home PC was to see if I could get to the Flyway chart that's on the back of the TAC chart. By selecting TAC, and then choosing Browse Map Legends. I can get to the Chart Key but I can't find the Flyway chart. Is it not available at all? Is it a VFR subscription vs IFR subscription issue?
