Been using the iFly app on my Windows PC for preliminay flight planning. Had a hard drive crash. D:/ died. Windows on C:/ and data on D:/. Can't recover the data on D:/. When I install a new hard disk and reinstall iFly, how do I specify where the data is saved?

Hi Michael - Good question!  I'd like to know too.  My laptop shows an iFlyGPSData folder on both my c:/ drive and my d:/ drive.  Both of these folders are on the root of either drive.  And, they both contain the same data  - i.e. - Sectional Charts, TAC's, data bases, etc.  I would like to get rid of one of these folders but if I delete either one, iFlyGPS will not start up.  I download all 48 states so I could save around 6GB if I could delete one of these folders.  So, how about it, AP?  Is there a way to run iFlyGPS without the dupicate folder? - Jim Williams
