Yes I did that. The problem is that in the Windows app, it doesn't recognize my email address with which I did register my account so I can't get to the point where I can register "my device". ........

So I shoul have been able to register iFly windows on my laptop.
not sure if the details of my failure to register on laptop my failure to register on laptop were same as Marc's.
