I am running iFly on HP X3 tablet using Chrome OS. All is well except iI can't find Stratux adsb receiver. I can connect via browser to stratux and it shows connected. Any ideas?

You first need to ensure that the Stratux is connected via WiFi, and then open the iFly app, and go to Menu --> Setup --> ADS/B, and see if the status is listed as "Waiting for Device," or "Connected."  If it is not connecting, on the same page click Options --> Change Selected Device, then either select the specific device, or "Auto Detect."

If it is showing connected here, and you still are not seeing data on your map go to Map Mode, and make sure that "Traffic" is set to on, and that the weather services (Will show when connected to any internet, and only when in the sky with ADS-B) are set to on also.

There is also a video on this connection process at iFlyGPS.com/ADSB

Update and resolved.  Essentially, I was using a managed account through my GSuite setup at my company.  It blocks the communication to the Stratux.  When I logged in using a regular Gmail account, all went well and connects great.

Your Stratux connects to your tablet using WIFI. It has nothing to do with email. However, to use iFly and connect iFly to your Stratux, you have to use the email account you used when you purchased your iFly subscription and established your iFly account.

To confirm, the issue was the managed account settings tied to my gsuite account for chromebook not my email. When I put Chromebook into developer mode, the account restriction were removed. The HP 2 in 1 Chromebook is really great with this app.
