Greetings.

I am considering replacing my 720 (it's my backup) with a larger tablet that will become my primary gadget. I currently use the Nexus 7 (which will become the backup) but the eyes aren't what they used to be. So, I am considering the Google Pixel C. Any comments about the IFly working with the Pixel?

I have no personal experience with this device, but the specs look fine.

For the Nexus 7, do you have it configured in Phone mode. I have a Nexus7 and prefer it in Phone mode, which makes the interface elements larger.

Menu => Setup => Screen Settings => Screen Layout => select Phone or Tablet

I used the phone setting when I had a Nexus 7 and it was very easy to see.
