With that phone resolution, you should be ok with the Low. However, if you have plenty of space or are using an external SD card, you will likely enjoy the High Res charts more as they are crisper at higher zoom levels. I hope this helps. Both will work fine and you can always try each out to see what you prefer most.

What type (make/model) of phone are you getting? 320x480 seems to be very low resolution.

Hi Brain - It's a Tracfone. LG Optimus Dynamic II. It's a low end smart phone. It has a 3.8 inch screen. It has around 2g internal memory and comes with a 4g SD card. The card can be replaced with a card as large as 32g. - Jim Williams

I found it here:
http://www.amazon.com/LG-Optimus-Dynamic-II-Tracfone/product-reviews/B00HPX2NTG

I'll be interested to hear about how it looks on this low-resolution screen. We designed for maximum phone quality at 480 pixels wide and higher. So you'll be loosing some resolution, and it might look a bit blurry -- but should be plenty readable.

Please let us know how it looks, and maybe send us a picture of the screen with iFly running.

Hi Brain - I've down loaded and installed iFly GPS on my new Android cell phone. So far I've only loaded a couple of high resolution sectionals. They are very sharp and easy to read even when zoomed in. I'll try to up load a picture of the screen to this forum when ever I figure out how to take a screen shot. The program seems to be working fine. Your screen formats for small screens work very well.

I might have found one bug, however. After I exit the app, the GPS accusation icon remains on the notification bar. The GPS switch is turned off, but the icon remains on the bar and there seems to be nothing that I can do to remove it. I think it must be in your app because it was not there before I ran the program. Let me know if I can send you any more information.
