I have a similar problem which could be related. I too lost the chart expirations page (completely blank) a couple days ago then it mysteriously returned. However, the realviews expirations page is now blank and I can't see realviews unless I'm online even though I've downloaded them.

I'm nervous that my other downloaded items may dissappear in flight like my realview downloads did today. Losing a realview is an inconvenience, but an approach plate or chart would stink.

There is a bug on the Chart Expirations form related to having 2 sets of data downloaded...the current set and the one that will be activated on the upcoming "effective" date. We're working on a fix. But the error seems to be just in displaying the data & dates on this form, not the data itself. If your Data Updates is all green, then your data is good.

It's possible I am experiencing more than one bug. I see a blank page when I check "airport realviews" in the chart expirations and the realviews are not available offline even though the update map is green and realviews are checked.

Of note, checking and unchecking the airport realview box in advanced options under updates does not change the estimated download size.

Ditto here. For both Windows and Android: after doing updates, there are dates displayed (or "<Not Installed>", as appropriate) for Sectional, TAC, WAC, Airport Diagr, and US DB's. But no list shown at all for Airport Realviews. Despite that, when zooming in on airports that have one I do see the Realview.
