A couple of things about Flight Trails.  I flew tonight and when I got home, I went to load my flight trail on the map.  First thing I noticed is it showed my date of flight as Dec. 18th, not todays' date, Dec 22nd. I checked the tablet is set on 12/33, and if you go into file a flight plan it uses the correct date.

second thing after putting the flight trail history on the map, I could find no way to remove it.  Is there some way to remove a trail from the map, other then turning the ap completely off, If you do that then the new start the trail history will be gone.

Hi Kent, thanks for posting.  If you select "Menu => Simulation Mode => {something}" to simulate a flight right there at home, it should also generate a flight trail, so you can see if this reproduces.  It could have been a one-time fluke.  This is the first we've heard of this nuance, that I recall (at least not for a long time).

To hide Flight Trails, do this: "History => Show Past Flight Trail" => then in the dialog that pops up, at the top is a large button that says "Stop Showing Past Flight Trails".
