Don,

Thanks for your interest!

It seems to work right on my Windows machine. But I have beta version, 11.1.2.  Maybe yours is a different version. I can't check my 740 until tomorrow.

I just updated to 11.1.2 from 11.0.74 and see the same: I can click on Do Not Alert for stadium TFRs, but when I go back to the menu, it still says Show Button.  It's not the button showing that bugs me, its the audio alerts.  Flying over Atlanta I get about three or four audio alerts back to back in one minute and have to look at the screen to confirm what the alerts are.  I'll watch next time I'm near a stadium and see if the Do not show selection is really working, and maybe its just the menu page is not updating?

David, you can also use "Menu => Simulation Mode => Fly Flightplan => 2000 kts" to quickly fly a flight plan in simulation mode, and trigger the alerts, and do testing of this while you are on the ground.   I really appreciate your time and effort here.   If you could run a few test cases, and come to a more firm conclusion, that would be very helpful.

Brian, sorry for the slow reply.  I did fly the same route with the stadium TFR alert button set to do not show (not confirmed on previous menu) and it still alerted.  This morning with the main TFR alert set to do not alert, I had no alerts.  It looks like the TFR and Stadium TFR alert settings are "married", even though it looks like your intention was for the user to be able to turn off only the the the alerts for Stadium TFR's.  Just play with the menu buttons, you'll see what I'm trying to describe.
