I noticed that iFly GPS shows up a mock location provider in the android developer options menu. I am using a Stratux and was hoping that this option would allow me to use the Stratux provided location as a mock GPS source for other android apps by selecting iFly GPS as the mock location provider.

It doesn't seem to work that way since other android apps are not getting a GPS signal when selecting iFly GPS as the mock location provider.

Is there a way to pass the stratux location of as a mock source? If not, what is the intent of having iFly GPS as a mock location provider?

We weren't aware that Android even considered us a mock location provider.  So this is just a mistake that it's showing up as an option.

I'm not sure if Stratux has it's own software (or another app) that is actually designed to do exactly this.  If you installed that app and set it up as the mock location provider, then it would override the GPS position sent to ALL apps (including iFly GPS).   (Same thing as you were trying to make iFly do for you; so you probably already know this.)   I am not privy to any such software like this; but if you find it, please post here so others can know too.
