I saw your log, and the files appear to be there. One thing to note is that there are no legends for the zoomed-out "Composite Map" mode. So if you are way zoomed out (the status bar will tell you "Composite: US", etc), then iFly will report "No Legends Found" to you.

To make this nuance clear, in V9.1 I have already changed the code to tell you this, to avoid the chance for confusion.

Frank, if you Legends are stored on the external SDCard, can you please zip up that folder and email it to me? (/data/Legends/).

This is odd, because without doing anything differently I now see the map legends. This on both tablets! I have always selected either sectional, WAC or TAC to look at the legends, and have been zoomed in to my local area. Makes me wonder if it takes some time for the tablet to access the SD card even after the app has booted.
