This has actually already been added in the upcoming V9 release. You'll be able to see the Runway Numbers, Traffic Patterns, Airport Icons, Realview, Approach Plates and more right on the sectional when you zoom in. This should resolve that request, unless you are wanting to see runway numbers at all zoom levels, which can become very clutters. Let us know what you think when it comes out, I think you'll like it allot.
As for the Show Fuel Price resetting after closing and relaunching the app, I will make sure that Brian and Walter are aware of this. Please advise what tablet you are using. Also, please Send Bug Report and note the behavior on the email, please. I suspect it should keep the layers like Fuel Prices sticky to modes after relaunch. Some of this will also be address in the new V9 as well. Stay tuned!
