Just downloaded the 30 day trial app on my Nexus 7 (2013 model) and downloaded all the charts for the lower 48 states since I have a very fast internet feed here at my office. The "High Resolution Charts" option was checked but it appears that all the charts are actually displaying as low res. I even deleted the maps for Texas and re-downloaded them under both low and high res options for comparison, and the actual display between them is indistinguishable. Is the 30 day trial version locked into displaying low res maps only?

Not sure about the 30-day tiral, but I can confirm that the paid version has high-res charts on a Nexus 7 (2013). I use 'em all the time.

I'm A-B testing side by side with the free Avare app on the Nexus 7 and Avare is obviously displaying the maps in crisp high resolution. The maps I'm seeing with the iFly GPS android trial mode app are quite blurry in comparison.

We are looking into this in the office and have replicated this. There may be something going on here with zooming that may be introducing some fuzziness. I don't believe you are seeing the full Hi-Res effect of our charts. We'll let you know more shortly once this is confirmed and a fix is determined. Thanks for the feedback.
