How To Delete Old Device

I need to delete my old phone so I can add my new phone, but I can't find a way to do so. I have 2 tablets plus 1 phone connected. I bought a new phone today, but can't delete the old phone. Thanks.

You can only delete the old phone by using iFly on the old phone to run this process:

Menu = > ABout => Account Info => Edit => Change Email => Detach From Account

That'll do it. If for some reason you don't have your old phone, you can call or email us and ask us to remove it manually. Just tell us your user account and the device ID's for the tablets that you want to keep, and then we'll know which one is your phone.

Device ID's can be found from "Menu => About => Version and Contact" .

Thanks Brian. I did not see the option for removing the device. I was able to delete the Droid Raxr Maxx and I THINK I have added the Droid Maxx. Thanks.
