No worries, there will be a update for the Android version that will add the Register option, likely later this week. When you see the update, use the Register / Subscribe on each of your devices, by entering your Email / Password and touching Login. This will update your subscription and show your full subscription term on your device.
We have your subscription here at the office on our server and it will load to you devices when you register on the next update. I hope this helps clear up and confusion for others too.
