Bummer...I dropped my brand new IPad Mini 3 and broke the screen. It still works OK, so I ordered a replacement screen off of Ebay. I'm hoping it will work OK after I install it. Otherwise, I may have to spring for a new one.

If you're having a problem with a suction mount not staying mounted, I've found that spraying water on the mount or dabbing water on the mount will help secure the mount in place for more that a few days. In this present heat I wouldn't trust it past a week.

I can't believe it. I replaced the lcd and digitizer/screen in my IPad Mini 3 and it actually works. Yipee.

I just ordered a Ram Mount 2 3/8 inch arm and double ball adapter to add to my existing 6 inch arm. That should allow me to place the IPad lower so as not to block the left corner of the windshield.

Works much better now. IPad is several inches lower.
