You can download the app and it will work. Unless you have the multi-platform upgrade you will need tip deregister you old tablet and then use the register option to link your new tablet. We can also manually remove your old tablet from here, but you'll still need to register your new iPad to your subscription account, touch Menu -> Register/Subscribe and then enter your email and password, then select Login.
