Thanks for your answers guys, already found the issue.
I've been using iFly GPS for a year or two now but only on Android devices. Now I tried to put it on my new iPad Pro but I couldn't find it in the app store.
What turns out is that, since I live in The Netherlands, I don't fit the profile of being in the right region, being the U.S. of A.
I changed my region, plugged in my West Texas State Bank credit card et voila... IT WORKED... PROBLEM SOLVED...!
