Both have rather primitive weather briefing functions.  iFly relies entirely on raw text.  Foreflight also include graphics, but accessing them is surprisingly cumbersome.  Weathermeister.com is much better than either of them (but requires another subscription).

For me iFly is the clear overall winner in this comparison, although I'm hoping the next version will include more voice alerts and a logbook function.  Maybe even an improved weather briefing function?

Alan -- you'll find grapical weather as part of the V11 Weather Briefing feature (from Leidos).  We also plan on adding more weather products in V11.x incremental updates.  As always, no promises on dates.

Weathermeister has a free version (not as slick, and with ads, but...  free!):

That's the beauty of tying into MyFlightBook.  It's cloud based database.  All iFly has to do is to provide a "form" to fill out (which, like MyFlightBook's app, it can auto-fill the flight-start, flight-end, and route info for you), and then send the data to MyFlightBook's database.  You could view your logbook using iFly (app or device), or MyFlightBook's app, or MyFlightBook's website.

That sounds very smart.  Wish I'd said that.
