Hi Everyone,

I was practicing approaches today and wanted to load a new approach.  The Flight Plan route was simply DIRECT to the airport.  When I went into the flight plan to select a different approach, I got the message that no approaches were available for that Flighjt Plan.

My questions are:  1) What's the best "Buttonology" if you want to find and load an approach for an arport that you're currently navigating to?

2) How do you find and load an approach for an arport that you're NOT currently navigating to?  For example, if you decide to do a new appraoch at an airport that's not in your current Flight Plan?

The airport - N12 - does have 2 approaches.  I think there's a way to have a  destination airport in the flight plan without approaches being available.

I want to make sure I don't create the flight plan the wrong way when it's really important.

I think the problem was that I hadn't actually completed the flight plan.

When I enetered just N12 into the flight plan, N12 wasn't entered as the destination.

After I ckicked on the Airport Name in the flight plan, the airport information screen appeared, and I clicked on "Direct to Here"

At this point, N12 is the destination and procedures became available.
