Sort of new to iStuff, haven't seen this before.

I couldn't find anything official from Apple, that icon isn't on the badges documentation at all, but some googling tells me that it's Siri App Suggestions telling you why it's suggesting the app. That icon means you usually open iFly at that time of day, the navigation arrow will show up there if it's suggesting it based on your location.

The icon is telling you why Siri is suggesting the app to you by placing it in the Dock. Siri's proactive abilities means it suggests apps it thinks you are likely to use for a variety of reasons.
