10.2 software

got a new ipad 4 installed 10.2 software & ifly, locks up will not run, any suggestions?

I'm running 10.2 on iPad Mini 4 and have not had any problems with iFly or any other apps. Maybe a file is corrupted. I guess I would try reinstalling iFly as a start.

I answered DeWitt directly with this question...but probably a good idea to share that answer on this forum:

We have seen this happen on some iPad versions immediately following the initial installation and data download (but works fine thereafter). I believe you simply need to force-close the application and restart it. Here is a link that has the steps regarding closing an iPad app:
