I wanted to show this and figure this out. On 2 recent flights, the bearing on IFlyGPS is 10 degrees of in comparison to the Garmin in the plane. Now off course the Garmin can be off too but a friend that flew with me opened his ForeFlight and it is also showed a bearing 10 degrees off in comparison to IFlyGPS.

Has anyone else seen this? I am not saying IFlyGPS has a problem I am just trying to investigate.

Check your settings. One may be set "true" while the other is set "magnetic".

That looks like the problem. iFly is showing Bearing 331* True, the Garmin shows BRG 341*M

Change your iFly to magnetic.

DUH I feel stupid I should have figured that out. in the day where we did EB6 assisted flight p[lans I would apply the magnetic correctlon for my area which is 10 or 11 degrees.

Sorry to waste forum space here.
