I have the USB chip to wire type, so my TX wire goes to autopilot(In Data) and the GND to GND and still no luck..

Well the good news is that I made it once I receive my USB—DB9 cable and it works

They are talking or listening, just like an old couple..

 

I was using a USB to wires not a DB9, so I suspect what was missing was to be connected 

To the envelope ground of the DB9 as opposed to the circuit gnd on the tiny PCB board…..
