I was looking at a flight from IYK down to MYF and noticed some issues with the RealPlan optimizer.  If I just put IYK and MYF in and let it crunch, it sends me way east of the San Diego area for a straight in approach through the airspace.  If I add MHV before I run RealPlan, it takes a completely different route taking the water route down.  Because MHV is the knee in the restricted airspace, you end up overflying MHV regardless of whether I manually have it as part of the plan or run the optimzer.  The route when manually adding MHV is $132, when running RealPlan on just IYK and MYF it is $156.
