Not a terrain alert. He's trying to disable the message that he is not receiving an ADS-B tower.

Makes sense now. 

At this moment the way an 'ADSB' message would come up is if there was a disconnection from an the ADS-B source. 

Which ADS-B device is being used?

I believe I have seen this when unable to get reception from the towers. (not high enough , or out of range)

I would like to be able to disable this popup, as well.  I have the ADS-B status box displayed on my instrument layout, so the popup advisory is both redundant and distracting.
