Is the new Scout ADS-B dongle by Uavionix compatible with Ifly?

Has anybody tried it yet?

I plan to check it out at Oshkosh.

The Scout works with ForeFlight only. It does not include a GPS or AHRS or pressure sensor. I would prefer a Stratux and iFly GPS.

Why does it work with foresight only? Proprietary encrypted data stream? Any specifics you can supply?

Just looking for weather and traffic using ifly with my Android tablet.

The scout is much smaller and lighter than stratux.

Yes, proprietary encrypted data stream.  The Scout is smaller and lighter, but Stratux has better reception, includes a GPS, AHRS, and Pressure Sensor, and for a limited time it's only $150.  And it's pretty small as well.

I emailed Foreflight support about it and they told me it's exclusive for Foreflight. I told them, "Ok I won't be buying then. I need it to work with all my tools."
