Mr. Fleming, the glider pilot, had a recorder that he could use to review his glider flights and could justify his location and altitude to the FAA or others. See:

A question for Adventure Pilot, I know that we have a flight path but if I really needed to prove that I was at a specific altitude and each location (or series of locations), can I get that from the iFly 700 (in my case) SD disk information? Some people have been cutting the corner on the Leesburg, VA SUA area, according to the usually not so accurate radar. I was wondering if you were called into the FAA, you could prove your route of flight and altitude to the authorities.

It's actually very simple to copy the past flight from the SD card, it's under User and then Logs. Select the desired flight from the list of prior flights and copy it to your desktop. Then to to www.gpxvisualizer.com. Once on that site, just upload the flight file you copied and it will plot it on google earth or the output type you select. I've heard several pilots use the iFly and its flight logs to get out of a bind with an inspector. I hope this helps.
