First Change Request for V 7.0

Hi Walter - What I see so far, version 7.0 is great! It's going to help my mountain flight planning a lot.

I've already have a request - Could you please make one more "airplane" icon? The blue and green triangles are great, but could you do just one more, please. This one would be just like the other triangle icons except make the new one red and green - - left half red, right half green - just like aircraft postion lights. I think this would help me a great deal when flying near a southern heading (down the chart). Thanks, Jim Williams

Great idea! I've created such an icon. You will need to perform an update with the USB method (just the software) to get the new icon.

Hi Walter -

I've just updated my iFly and the new 'Follow Plane' icon looks great! Thank you for the really quick responce. We're flying back east in about 11 days and I'm looking forward to flying over the Rockies with this new version. (The added vertical flight planning capability is outstanding!) When we fly down to Georga from Virginia, the new icon will be very much appreciated. Thank you again! - Jim Williams

I downloaded the new version of the software yesterday. It might help some of us who aren't familiar with some of the new features if the instruction manual was updated along with some suggestions on how to set up to more fully utilize all the feature of the IFly.

On another note, I received a replacement IFly under warranty due to a loose connection port and I am very pleased with the fast response. It is refreshing to deal with a company that cares about their customers and extends the benefit of the doubt to their customers rather than the way it is with most manufacturers/retailers/distributers in our country today. My compliments to Walter and the whole Adventure Pilot organization and a big Thank you!!
