Trade in program length & lost receipt

How long will you keep the trade-in program open? Also, what if I can't find my original receipt?

We'll leave the program open for about 6 weeks or so. If you bought your unit from us then we have your purchase date, so receipt not necessary. If you bought it from a dealer we'll need the receipt.
