I was getting my hair cut today during lunch, and the lady who cut my hair did a fantastic job doing it, but seemed annoyed that I didn't know exactly what style I wanted, to the point of where she said "if you tell me that it's up to me, I'll just shave your head". She had great skills at her job, but a terrible "bedside manner".
I felt extremely convicted by that, and want to make sure that y'all don't feel how I did this afternoon. I don't think I come across that way, but I wanted to make doubly sure that while I give good info, I want it to be a positive experience for all involved.
If I have ever done that, please hear my heartfelt apologies.
