i created several backup SD cards and immediately realized I didnt have my setup info.  I asssume there is a file(s) i can copy from the original SD card to the new backups?  right?  what are their names?

One thing I'll do if looking for a file such as what you're looking for is to go in and make a quick change to the item you're looking for.  Then go through file manager (or whatever they're calling it now) and sort by date.  Whatever shows the date/time you  made the last change should be it.
