Thanks for the input. I figured it out. Seems like the long way to get there. This is what I have to do.

Running Real Plan
1-Flight Plan
2-Enter Flight Plan
3-Enter Airport ID
4-Done
5-Direct To
6-Choose Airport and click Direct To
7-More Options
8-Real Plan Beta
9- Choose your options
10-Run Real Plan

Taking the long way home.

What were you doing before that "didn't work"?

A couple other thoughts that might help you when entering flight plans and using RealPlan:

- As long as you have at least two points in your FP (a start point and a destination), then the option for RealPlan will show up under "More Options".

- You can type all the waypoints in at once without clicking "Done" in-between.  So:  Menu > Flight Plan > (Clear, if necessary) > Enter Flight Plan > (start typing:)  Kxxx wpt1 wpt2 Kxxx > Done.  (This also works with only two points, an origin airport and a destination airport.)

I'm not following what you're doing in steps 5 and 6.  After step 4, you should have a FP with a single airport in it, but that single airport will have a blue "D" ("direct-to") icon/button on the right side of the rectangle.  Tap that, and it will immediately insert a new waypoint with your current position, no step 6 required.

But using Direct-To in this way would only be a practical technique if already in the air.  I guess different people could have different use cases for RP, but I would tend to use that feature for "what-iffing" a flight while sitting on the ground.  Since I don't generally flight "direct to" anywhere from my living room, I wouldn't use that technique to create a FP for use with RP.  I wonder if I'm still misunderstanding something about how you're trying to use the tool.
