Does real Plan add time for fuel stops to the overall time enroute?

I'm leaving Texas for PRS in Reno on June 2nd and am trying to figure out how early morning to be wheels up.

I don't think they do.  They probably consider differences in climb/descent speed for each landing airport, but I don't know how they would determine how much time we would spend on the ground at each fuel stop.  I would think we all know our own behaviours and could just as easily and accurately add how ever much time we think we're going to spend on the ground multiplied by how many fuel stops we'd have.

^^^^ this.
Too many uncontrollable variables. What if there's a line? What if there's a guy with a high wing and no ladder? What if you forgot your wallet? What if... you get the picture.
