Tim & Charles, I reproduced this problem. I'm not sure what happened, but you are correct - the plates were not included for that airport. I just published the plates for the next cycle, and they are now included. Update again and you should be okay.
This could have been a processing problem from the FAA databases, or might have been on our side. I'm going to research this a little more so we can see if there is additional QC or other steps to mitigate this from happening again.
