In the air, and after loading an alternate flight plan, the autopilot acts as if there is no flight plan (no GPS Mode). Autopilot then fails to respond to "Fly Direct To". I land and load a flight plan and the autopilot goes into GPS Mode.

In the air, and after turning off the iFly and powering it up, the autopilot acts as if there is no flight plan (no GPS Mode) regardless of which Flight Plan is loaded.

I had the same problem but it turned out to be a button pushing sequence in Trutrak. I cant remember now what it was, but mif you read the manual carefully you will see something about exiting HDG mode, then going into NAV
