I'm getting EFIS in split screen, but the option for Full is not available....

Full screen 3D synthetic vision is not available on my 740b tablet but I wish we could get it back on the wish list of enhancements.................even if we had to remove some other functionality in Map Mode.

I have the 740 running next to me and I followed your path.  I don't see "Default to fullscreen mode"  anywhere.

 

Edit:  I do see it exactly where you said on my iPad Mini4 and Win10 desktop.
