I have a 700 that wont download the maps. Contacted customer support and told no updates were available for the 700. Any ideas on how to get my 700 working?

It would seem coustomer support could have told you what to do.
Do you use iFly Connect? If not, perhaps you should try that. It updates the SD card via a windows computer.

Bob - We no longer support the 700, as in if it breaks, we are unable to repair it. If you're talking about a data update, you just need a valid subscription and you can update via USB update package or iFly connect.
