Can't see tail #'s

I am using an iFly 740 GPS and iLevel SW ADS-B in/out. I can see the traffic on the iFly and the + or - altitude. However, I can not see any tail numbers of the other aircraft. Can someone tell me why the tail number is not being displlayed on the screen. My buddy says his Garmin G3x displays the same information + tail numbers. Is there a setting on the 740 I do not have turned on? Any help would be appreciated.
