The two primary ways are:

  • Bluetooth headset capability, either build-in like the Bose and Lighspeed series or add-on like Pilot BlueLink (for calling also) or less expensive addons like this one (input only) 
  • Some older headsets have a cable input commector and there are adapters for that too.

I can't vouch for anyhting other than the built-in ones and Bluetoth is beter than manual.
