Keeps saying I have a WiFi problem while I try to Download updates, but my phone shows I and getting 150 MB/S when I check on speed test.

Droid or iPhone?
Could be one of lots of problems. Make sure all apps are closed (apple double tap home button, then swipe up all apps. don't know how on droid)
Turn off phone might clear cache.
google 'can't download on wifi' or 'WiFi Connected But No Internet Access'
Simpler on Droid. Tap the icon that shows all open apps and tap "close all".
on an iPad, assuming a good connection it could be app updates running. I've found that tends to grab a lot of resources.
