my wifi connection says close EAPOL   the wifi won't connect.   what is this and how do you do it

Google it and you will be able to see what it is and how to disable it.

That means the Network Key for the wifi is being rejected. Usually it's because they're case-sensitive and the keyboard defaults to upper-case.
