I posted a question about an error I received...

Error: unable to deploy toolhelp.dll

This thread I guess was deleted... why???

Darrell, sorry for the confusion your post was moved to the beta forum as it is about a beta topic. This error is documented on the beta forum. It won't happen again. You will need to download the plates from the beta page.
