This is what I see on the update page. I am familiar with the system, I'v been with you for over a year.
Plates & Airport Diagrams Current FAA Version:1108 Valid from 7/28/2011 to 8/25/2011
Are you looking at the beta updates page? If so, those are still the old version...should have new ones up this week, but we're wanting to address a few bugs first. The production plates were loaded last week.
