Just received the unit. Upon start up I get a "The system can't execute the navigation program." prompt. I put it on the battery and took it outside (I was inside with outlet power first) to see if a better view of the sky would solve the problem. Still the same message. Do I need to update it right out of the box or activate my subscription first?
