Let me start with how much I love my IFly. For the price there is nothing even remotely close, and to date I am very satisfied. However after I downloaded version 5 I'm experiencing problems. It will not show any approach plates. I updated all plates and tried reinstalling Version 5. still when I select a plate it goes to the main menu screen and stays there. after this happens when I go back to the NAV "map" the screen won't let me scroll or select any buttons IE "follow plane or zoom buttons". Anyone else? is there a way to "format" and start over? Thanks in advance, Terry.

Terry,

This is the first report I've had of this sort of problem. I'll review some code and try to get some clarity on how this could happen. It's possible there is a issue with the plates app in v5: I've given you access to our beta downloads page (select Updates / Beta Updates). Can you go there and install version 5.13 and let me know if this corrects the problem? (No need to download plates again; those files have not changed).

If this doesn't fix it I will deploy 5.14 with some mods to that app, and we can ship you a new SD card to reset everything.
