I recently applied a screen protector to a new IFLY700. The protector was " Invisible Shield by ZAGG" The screen was made for a Samsung Galaxy Tab which was the closest that I could find to the size of the IFLY700 screen. I cut the shield to fit the 700 screen. After applying the film I had difficulty getting the 700 to recognize my finger touch. When I used a stylus, the menu buttons would work. I thought that this was the solution. After the screen shield had dried for the recommended 24 hours I could not get past the "I have read these warnings" button on the IFLY700. I removed part of the screen protector that was covering the warnings button, however I could still not get it to activate. I removed the entire shield and the 700 worked normally. I had also calibrated the screen with the protector on when I first applied it to the screen.
I think that the pressure of the shield on the screen after it dried caused the problem. I may try another shield but they are reasonably expensive $20+
QUESTION: Has anyone found a screen protector that works? If so can you recommend the brand name? I was impressed with the Invisible Shield since it was scratch and puncture resistant.
